The Hudson Family have been longtime supporters of Pine Crest School. Holly (Hudson) Bodenweber ’88 and Steve Hudson ’87 are following in the footsteps of their parents Bonnie Huizenga Hudson and Whit Hudson, as well as their uncle H. Wayne Huizenga ’55 through their own philanthropic support of our School.
The Hudson Family’s philanthropic gifts have enhanced students' experiences in countless ways. Imaginations are stirred in the Hudson Family Library; curiosities are explored in the Huizenga Science Center; and pathways to innovation, critical thinking, and creativity are enhanced through the Hudson Technology Endowment. The family's annual support to The Pine Crest Fund makes possibilities happen for every student.
The Hudson Family legacy transforms tomorrow by providing opportunities and experiences that will serve students for generations to come.

Creativity, passion, expression, collaboration. The Pine Crest community embraces the transforming power of the arts. We launched an effort to secure the philanthropic gifts to fully renovate the Mae McMillan Fine Arts Center on the Fort Lauderdale campus. This cutting-edge hub for creative collaboration will create a place where every child’s unique creative process can be fully realized.
Across the arts, Pine Crest students are receiving national recognition. Imagine all they will achieve with this game-changing transformation. It is designed to be a true blank canvas for personal expression.
Advanced technology will be integrated into spaces that comprise orchestra, band, percussion, music production, art studios, ceramics, digital design, and more. Outdoor spaces will expand the arts far beyond the classroom.
