EMERGENT LEADERSHIP IS...

using your best efforts and maintaining flexibility to solve a problem.

AN EMERGENT LEADER...

leads by example with purpose, kindness, and strength.

- Students, Class of '27

INSPIRING EMERGENT LEADERS

Problem solver, open and selfless, collaborative, visionary, resilient, compassionate. The future calls for emergent leaders who are team-oriented in driving innovative ideas. Their leadership is built on a belief that all members belong and have value. For each task, the right team member is empowered to step forward as the leader. Group members support and collaborate with one another to ensure the project’s success. Emergent leadership thrives on positive relationships among team members and is built through fostering a sense of trust and belonging, making each individual more confident about their performance. Respect for one another is developed; it is earned.

The Center for Emergent Leadership will be funded through philanthropy and constructed as an addition to the Middle School on the Boca Raton campus.

It will include outdoor spaces for planned and spontaneous activities; a  student center type of feel for casual and planned get-togethers; a library; studio spaces for innovation and robotics; and classrooms and breakout rooms for structured classes, enrichment activities, and individual/group projects.

Pine Crest students will rise by lifting others.

Welcome to
THE LAUNCH PAD

This is where we bring you into the projects that are Transforming Tomorrow for Pine Crest students.
A launch pad is where you feel the excitement of what is to come — it activates energy!

The Future is Here (the 2019-24 Strategic Plan) sets the course to prepare future-ready students. It defines people, programs, and spaces to ensure every child has the opportunity to explore what makes them exceptional.

THE LAUNCH PAD keeps you up to speed on the dynamic developments that will propel our students toward their extraordinary futures. Philanthropy is the accelerant that fuels these projects to take off.
