  • All students and staff will be required to wear a face mask indoors at all times and outdoors when social distancing is not possible. Face masks with exhalation valves or vents, single-layer neck gaiters, and bandanas are not permitted. We encourage the use of plain-colored masks or masks with school-appropriate images. Students will not be permitted to wear face coverings with any inappropriate or incendiary graphics or words on them.
  • Students should arrive at 7:30 a.m. for check-in.
  • All students will be required to have their temperature taken upon arrival at the testing center. Students or staff with a temperature of 100.4 degrees Fahrenheit or higher will not be permitted on campus.
  • Upon arrival to Pine Crest’s Fort Lauderdale campus, students will be asked to answer COVID-19 screening questions pertaining to whether they have experienced any COVID-19 symptoms or had close contact with a positive or suspected case of COVID-19 during the past fourteen (14) days:
  • Temperature 100.4 degrees Fahrenheit or higher?
  • Runny or congested nose?
  • Sore throat?
  • New onset of severe headache?
  • Shortness of breath, difficulty breathing, and/or a new uncontrolled cough (that is new from your baseline of asthma/allergies)?
  • Diarrhea, vomiting and/or abdominal pain?

  • New loss of taste or smell?
  • Have you had “close contact” (within 6 feet for 15 minutes or more at any time in the last 48 hours) with a person who has tested positive for COVID-19 or who is exhibiting COVID-19 symptoms?

If you answer “yes” to any of the above questions you will not be permitted to enter the campus and should contact the College Board to reschedule your exam.

  • All students will also be asked to answer a brief travel survey.
    • Unvaccinated students who traveled internationally in the last seven (7) days (on or since Saturday, August 21) will not be permitted on campus. Unvaccinated students who have traveled internationally in the last eight (8) to fourteen (14) days (on or between Sunday, August 15 and Friday, August 20) must show proof of a negative COVID-19 PCR test taken five (5) or more days after their return to the United States in order to be permitted on campus.

Any students who do not wish to disclose their vaccination status and/or provide proof of vaccination will be subject to the requirements above pertaining to unvaccinated students.
  • All students must bring their printed admission ticket and a valid form of identification. Students will not be permitted without both of these items.
  • Students should plan to bring extra pencils and erasers, a jacket or sweatshirt (as the rooms may be cold), and a snack.
